Photography and Videography

I am a mostly self taught photographer and videographer. I have completed two photo classes at UCSD Extension. One in Black and White Film Photography and another in Night Photography.

Drones

I started flying the DJI Spark drone as a hobbyist in 2020. Earlier this year I received my FAA Part 107 certification. Then, I purchased a DJI Mavic Air 2 and started gaining experience by volunteering for missing person searches in San Diego County. Commercially, I’ve been focussing on real estate videography, photography and also mapping.

Public Service and Volunteering

In 2011, I completed San Diego Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. In 2012, I received by Amateur Radio license technician class. In 2022, I completed certifications in ICS-100 and ICS-200 from the Emergency Training Institute. I also completed the Drone-based (sUAS) Search and Rescue Program from Drone Pro Academy - Dakota Skyhook.

Values

Because the environment is important to me, I drive my electric vehicle for projects and searches less than 100 miles from my home.
